We strive to deliver and provide your loved one with your iCare order as quickly as possible.  In many of these facilities or housing locations, we must abide by certain restrictions which may delay your iCare order.  Please be assured, we know that your package or order is important and we will continue to fulfill it as soon as we can.

Who is Eligible to Recieve an iCare Order?

  1. All inmates with the exception of those placed on County-directed “disciplinary restriction”. 
  2. Inmates who have been placed on disciplinary restriction, will not be eligible to receive an iCare order. If a purchase has been made for an inmate that has been placed on restriction for disciplinary reasons, ARAMARK will work with the appropriate facility staff to determine when the iCare order can be delivered in the future.
  3. If an inmate is released after being placed on restriction and before the iCare order is received, the iCare order will be available for pickup up to 3 days after release. Please contact 813-626-8800 to schedule a pickup.
  4. Diabetic/Medical inmates will not be allowed to receive particular packages (such as a Chocolate Lovers package). If you place an order for someone that is unable to accept the iCare package for medical reasons, a credit will be issued to the card holders account.


Delivery Schedule Information

Below is our standard delivery schedule.  Please carefully review the information since your iCare order must be ordered and processed before the required date to have it delivered to your loved one.  In the event your loved one can not recieve your order on the scheduled delivery date, we will continue to make every effort to deliver the order on the next scheduled delivery date.

Holiday Delivery Schedule:

Thursday November 22, 2012- Thanksgiving Day
All Normally Scheduled deliveries for Thursday will occur on Friday November 23, 2012

Tuesday December 25, 2012- Christmas Day
All Normally scheduled deliveries on Tuesday will occur on Wednesday December 26, 2012

Tuesday January 1, 2013- New Years Day
All Normally scheduled deliveries on Tuesday will occur on Wednesday January 2, 2013

** Please note: If an inmate is transferred from Orient Road to the N. Falkenburg Road location the iCare order will follow your loved one, however the delivery may not occur until the following week on the designated delivery schedule.

  • The delivery schedule is subject to change based upon operational needs by either the County or ARAMARK. 
  • Please place your order at least 2 business days in advance of the scheduled delivery day. There are no deliveries on Wednesday or weekends.
     
    How and When are Refunds Issued?
  1. Returns will occur when an order has been placed that is not medically safe for an inmate. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to be processed back on your account.
  2. If the inmate is released after an iCare order has been placed, you will have up to 3 days after release to pick up the package. Please contact 813-626-8800 to schedule a pickup.
