Indiana DOC iCare 

Welcome to the Indiana DOC iCare online ordering system.  With a few simple clicks, you can take care of your loved ones from the comfort of your home.

Please Note:

  • Each offender may receive only one iCare package per commissary delivery.
  • iCare deliveries are made in conjunction with each the regular commissary delivery schedule
  • If an offender is ineligible to receive iCare, his or her name will not appear when trying to place an order.  He or she will automatically become eligible once the iCare restriction expires.
  • Offenders may only receive iCare packages from individuals on their approved visitor list.

To Purchase an iCare Package:

1. Click login or create a new account using the email address and password of your choice.
2. Add the name and billing address of your credit card under 'Manage Addresses'. 
3. Select the gift package you would like to purchase.
4. You will need to validate the county specific ID number of the inmate on the Recipient page.
