Delivery Schedule:

Living Units A2, A3, D2E, Isolation, and Medical are delivered on Mondays between 12pm and 8pm.

Cut off for all orders is Sunday at Noon.

Living Units A4, B4, B5, D1S, and D2W are delivered on Tuesdays between 12pm and 8pm.

Cut off for all orders is Monday at Noon. 

Living Units A1, B1, B3, D1N, and D2W are delivered on Wednesdays between 12pm and 8pm.

Cut off for all orders is Tuesday at Noon.

Welcome to the St. Lucie County Commissary online ordering system.  No longer will you have to travel to our facility and wait in line! With a few simple clicks, you can take care of your loved ones from the comfort of your own home.

Each inmate may receive one iCare Package per week.

Who is Eligible to Receive an iCare Order?
1. Inmates with a positive trust fund balance of $5.00 or more.
  • If an inmate does not have sufficient funds, you may be able to add a financial deposit on their account via TOUCHPAY. See the link on the website below.
  • Be advised that if an inmate has a balance on their account for charges incurred while incarcerated, HALF of the deposit will be applied to pay off these debts. The remaining deposit amount will be applied to the inmate trust fund. 
  • Upon placing a financial deposit on an inmate account, please wait 60 minutes before attempting to place an iCare order.
2. All inmates with the exception of those placed on “restriction”. 
  • Inmates who have been placed on restriction, will not be eligible to receive an iCare order. If a purchase has been made for an inmate that has become ineligible after the transaction has been placed, ARAMARK will first work with appropriate facility staff to determine whether 1) The iCare order can be delivered in the future 2) The iCare order is to be credited back to the purchaser’s credit card.

To Purchase an iCare Package:

1. Click login or create a new account using the email address and password of your choice.
2. Add the name and billing address of your credit card under 'Manage Addresses'. 
3. Select the gift package you would like to purchase.
4. You will need to validate the county specific ID number of the inmate on the Recipient page.

Guidelines:

Thursdays and Fridays are reserved as a “Makeup” Day – This includes inmates that have been relocated or were on restriction.

If the delivery day falls on a Holiday, the iCare order will be delivered the following day.

The delivery schedule is subject to change based upon operational needs by either St Lucie County or ARAMARK.
