Delivery Schedule Information:
Below is our standard delivery schedule. Please carefully review the information since your iCare order must be ordered and processed before the required date to have it delivered to your loved one. In the event your loved one can not recieve your order on the scheduled delivery date, we will continue to make every effort to deliver the order on the next scheduled delivery date.
ARAMARK will deliver all iCare orders to the county based upon the below schedule the county will then deliver:
Please note: Due to a system failure we are unable to pull any orders from iCare. All orders placed after December 17th will not be able to be processed and or delivered until December 27th and 28th. We apologize for this inconvenience. Thanks, The iCare Team.

** Due to the requirements of The Mecklenburg County Jail, iCare deliveries will not be made on the following days:
November 22nd and 23rd, 2012
December 24th, 25th and 31st, 2012
January 1st, 2013
** Please allow 2 full business days for delivery. If your loved one is at court or in visitation at the time of delivery we will attempt to deliver again on the next scheduled delivery day.
* The delivery schedule is subject to change based upon operational needs by either the County or ARAMARK.
* All orders must be received within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time. If the order is not received within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time, the order will be delivered the next available schedule.
How and When are Refunds Issued?
- Orders placed on behalf of an inmate who is released prior to receipt of their iCare order may call ARAMARK and arrange to pick up the order.
- If, for any reason the detainee is placed on restriction after an iCare order has been placed, ARAMARK will make all attempts to schedule a future delivery of the iCare order. If delivery is not possible, a refund will be provided.
