Delivery Days:

Please allow three (3) full business days for delivery.

All orders received by 8:00 AM will be delivered Monday through Friday. Any order received/purchased after 8:00 AM on Friday will not be delivered until Tuesday.

 
Bexar County Commissary 

Welcome to the Bexar County Commissary online ordering system.  No longer will you have to travel to our facility and wait in line. With a few simple clicks, you can take care of your loved ones from the comfort of your own home.  

Please allow three business days to process all iCare orders.     

The cutoff days and times for placing iCare orders is Monday through Friday at 8:00 AM. 
Orders placed after 8:00 am will not be processed until the following day. Any order placed on a Friday after 8:00am will not be processed until the following Monday.

THERE ARE NO DELIVERIES ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS. 

Some orders can take longer than the standard three day delivery window for the following reasons.

·         Policies and movement imposed by the Bexar County Jail Administration

·         Authorization of credit card, can take up to 24-hours

·         If an inmate is at work, class, court, visitation, medical visit, attorney visit and we cannot deliver gift bag. We will attempt to redeliver the next delivery day

·         Inmate is in Work Release Program and is not on site or in housing location at the time of attempted delivery

·         Inmate relocation: will add, at least, an additional day to the delivery process

·         Medical restrictions

·         Security restrictions

·         Security restrictions for a unit or floor

·         Disciplinary restrictions

To Purchase an iCare Package:

1. Click login or create a new account using the email address and password of your choice.
2. Add the name and billing address of your credit card under 'Manage Addresses'. 
3. Select the gift package you would like to purchase.
4. You will need to validate the county specific ID number of the inmate on the Recipient page.
