Delivery Days:

Detention Center - Orders must be placed by 7am on Thursdays for delivery on Fridays after 4pm.

Jail Annex Areas 100 to 400 - Orders must be placed by 7am Mondays for delivery on Tuesdays after 4pm.

Jail Annex Cell Block 610 is a restricted/disciplinary lock down and is only allowed the Hygiene Package

Jail Annex areas 900 to 1200 - Orders must be placed by 7am Mondays for delivery on Wednesdays after 4pm

Deliverys are once a week to all specified locations. If an order is placed after the cutoff day and time, it will not be delivered until the following delivery day.

To Purchase an iCare Package:



1. Click login or create a new account using the email address and password of your choice.
2. Add the name and billing address of your credit card under 'Manage Addresses'. 
3. Select the gift package you would like to purchase.
4. You will need to validate the county specific ID number of the inmate on the Recipient page.
