Please note Inmates in the following locations are not eligible to receive iCare packages:

C5 through C8
Delta
E1 and E4

Please do not place orders for inmates in these locations!

All orders are delivered on Sunday.

Marion County Commissary

Welcome to the Marion County Commissary online ordering system.  No longer will you have to travel to our facility and wait in line. With a few simple clicks, you can take care of your loved ones from the comfort of your own home.

Each inmate may receive two iCare Packages per week.  All packages are delivered on Sunday.  All orders must be in by Friday at 12:00 pm PST.  If orders are placed after that time, they will be processed the following Sunday.

Click on the TOUCHPAY icon to make a deposit to an inmate account.

To Purchase an iCare Package:

1. Click login or create a new account using the email address and password of your choice.
2. Add the name and billing address of your credit card under 'Manage Addresses'. 
3. Select the gift package you would like to purchase.
4. You will need to validate the county specific ID number of the inmate on the Recipient page.
