 Orders need to be placed and processed at least 48 hours prior to delivery days of the housing units; if not iCare packages will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.

Monterey County Commissary

Welcome to the Monterey County Commissary online ordering system.  No longer will you have to travel to our facility and wait in line. With a few simple clicks, you can take care of your loved ones from the comfort of your own home.

Please be aware, there is a $100.00 total per week per inmate on all Services. These services include: Commissary, iCare and Fresh Favorites and now Fresh Favorites over iCare. If for some reason the Inmate hits this cap, your order will be delayed until the next scheduled delivery date.

Click on the TOUCHPAY icon to make a deposit to an inmate account.

To Purchase an iCare Package:

1. Click login or create a new account using the email address and password of your choice.
2. Add the name and billing address of your credit card under 'Manage Addresses'. 
3. Select the gift package you would like to purchase.
4. You will need to validate the county specific ID number of the inmate on the Recipient page.
