iCare Packages
You can purchase an iCare Package here for your loved one. Click here to see our selection. These Gift Bags are available to all Housing Units:Snack Attack, Chocolate Lovers, Cookie Monster, Cheezer Pleezer,E-Wing, F-Wing and Q-Pod may also order the following bags: Meal Deal and Hot n Spicy. The only sections of the jail that are allowed to receive the Meal Deal and the Hot n Spicy packages are E-Wing, F-Wing and Q-Pod; no exceptions. If these packages are ordered for your loved ones in any other sections of the jail, the package will be delayed and substitutions are to be accepted.All other units are restricted from receiving these two bags.

Fresh Favorites
The Fresh Favorites program provides family and friends the opportunity to offer a loved one a taste of home with high quality entrees delivered on a scheduled basis.Each inmate may receive one Fresh Favorites Meal per scheduled Fresh Favorites delivery. Deliveries typically occur once a week but vary by location. If you order more than one item please note the facility will determine the order in which the individual Fresh Favorites items are received. Please visit the FAQ section for additional questions surrounding delivery. The Fresh Favorite over iCare is only offered to the following housing units at Monterey County Jail: Q-pod, BW-T1, BW-T2, BW-T3, C-Wing, D-Wing, E-Wing and F-Wing. If your loved one is not housed in one of these sections of the jail they are not allowed Fresh Favorites over iCare. Before placing an order, please verify the housing location otherwise it will cause a delay with the processing of your purchase. Fresh Favorites over iCare are delivered on Thursdays, all orders must be placed and process by Tuesday midnight for that week's delivery.
