We strive to deliver and provide your loved one with your iCare order as quickly as possible.  In many of these facilities or housing locations, we must abide by certain restrictions which may delay your iCare order.  Please be assured, we know that your package or order is important and we will continue to fulfill it as soon as we can.

Who is Eligible to Recieve an iCare Order?

  • All inmates with the exception of those placed on County-Directed “restriction”. 
  • Inmates who have been placed on restriction, will only be eligible to receive a iCare order when the restriction is lifted. If a purchase has been made for an inmate that has become ineligible after the transaction has been placed, ARAMARK will work with appropriate facility staff to determine if the iCare order can be delivered in the future.

Facility Restrictions:    

  • Inmates in Class A, Class C, and Class D are restricted from receiving iCare and Fresh Favorites. 
  • Inmates are allowed to receive 4 Fresh Favorites orders per week but only one per day.

Below is our standard delivery schedule.  Please carefully review the information since your iCare order must be ordered and processed before the required date to have it delivered to your loved one.  In the event your loved one can not recieve your order on the scheduled delivery date, we will continue to make every effort to deliver the order on the next scheduled delivery date.

* Orders will be delivered within 3 business days of the first scheduled delivery day.

* The delivery schedule is subject to change based upon operational needs by either the County or ARAMARK.

* If the scheduled delivery for your iCare package falls on a holiday the package will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.

How and When are Refunds Issued?

  • Any packages that are undeliverable due to an inmate being on restriction or no longer in the facility will be refunded.
